Mr. Fernandez recently joined Lamb Hanson Lamb Appraisal Associates, Inc. as a Licensed Residential Appraiser. He specializes in the valuation of single family homes and condominium homes in King County.
Prior to working at Lamb Hanson Lamb Appraisal Associates, Inc., he worked as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser for Starpoint Property Appraisals, Inc. He holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington and has taken several real estate appraisal related courses.
Mr. Fernandez is preparing to works toward his General Certification and also has extensive experience in personal banking.
