Mr. Fernandez joined Lamb Hanson Lamb Appraisal Associates, Inc. as a residential fee appraiser in October, 2007. He is a licensed residential real estate appraiser and specializes in the valuation of: single family and condominium homes in King County. Mr. Fernandez is currently pursuing a general certification in commercial real estate appraising. He is currently an associate member of the Appraisal Institute since 2008. Mr. Fernandez also has extensive experience in personal banking.
Mr. Fernandez is training under Patrick M. Lamb and assisting in all aspects of the appraisal process. He has been exposed to a variety of commercial and residential valuation assignments including multi-family residential, office, retail, industrial and proposed subdivision development. Clients have included banks and financial institutions, insurance companies, accountants and tax preparers as well as private clients.
