Joseph Sledzieski is currently a Commercial Appraiser Trainee at Lamb Hanson Lamb Appraisal Associates, Inc. and has been working towards his General Certification since August of 2007. He received his B.A. from the University of Washington in 2004 in Economics. Prior to joining Lamb Hanson Lamb, he was a Research Analyst with the Boise office of Integra Realty Resources, where he assisted Commercial Appraisers with data collection, research, and database management.
Mr. Sledzieski is training under Patrick M. Lamb and assisting in all aspects of the appraisal process. He has been exposed to a variety of commercial and residential valuation assignments including multi-family residential, office, retail, industrial and proposed subdivision development. Clients have included banks and financial institutions, insurance companies, accountants and tax preparers as well as private clients.
