Joseph Sledzieski, originally from Boise, Idaho, is a Washington State Commercial Trainee currently pursuing state certification. After graduating from the University of Washington in December of 2004 with a B.A. in Economics he became interested in a career in commercial real estate. For six months he worked in the Boise office of Integra Realty Resources as a researcher but was eager to return to Seattle to start his career. After joining Lamb Hanson Lamb he was able to further his knowledge of real estate appraisal by assisting with the valuation of a variety of properties, including multi-family, office, retail and industrial.
Joseph has completed part 1 of the Appraisal Institute’s Income Capitalization series as well as Basic Appraisal Principles, Procedures and USPAP.
